Plot 1 – Autumn Carrots
- The first sowing of Carrots (Autumn King 3) were sown in my raised bed Plot 1 on 7th July 2007 and the second sowing on 24th August 2007.
- Harvested Carrots: 28th December 2007 – 1st March 2008. (approx 25 weeks from seed to 1st harvest date – this is double the time it takes to harvest the summer carrots. This is due to low temperatures and low light levels in winter.)
